The reason for not giving it full marks is simply that I would perhaps have wished for more detail on how bain manage to do what she did in stopping reacting to her urges to binge eat.

By binging and then over-exercising, Kathryn stimulated this part of her brain to eat when food was available. If you struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, stress eating, bingee if you repeatedly manage to lose weight only to gain it all back, you may be approaching things with the wrong mindset.
